ÜN - SAL DANISMANLIK GIDA TEKSTIL ENDÜSTRIYEL ÜRÜNLERI SAN. TIC. LTD. STI. was founded in 2001 to gain automobile tyres and use as grinded powder or granules. For the begining company was exporting rasp powder to european comunity and starting from 2002 company estableshed grinding machines and start to make SBR rubber granules for the sport area flexible floorings according to UEFA and FIFA standards. Starting from 2004 we have manufactured 0.01-0.5 mm rubber poweders reached with chemicals and cooked with steam to be used regenered paste manufacturing and sold to companies manufacturing chock, gasket, doormat, and speed barriers.
2Starting from 2005 we increased our capacity to 25 000 m2 for SBR granules and with the help of special mixture formulas we start to manufacture different size, thickness and colored flexible flooring tiles (loked tiles, squere tiles, heqzagonal tiles, parelolagram tiles and fish type tiles) and poured in area coverings according to DIN EN 1177 and TS EN 1177 TSE standarts. Poured in area flexsible floorings (SBR , SBR + Colered SBR , SBR + EPDM) are used for Tennis courts, Syntetic turf carpet area, Covered sport area floorings, Multy purpose sport area, walking ares, tartan pist and children playing area rubber floorings. We are regenerating 4.000 tons of tyres every year and helping our economy to reduce importation. We are manufacturing according to TSE EN 1177 standarts and we are using ISO 9001-2000 quality system.
